Rental Policy

Are you ready to take a guided snowmobile tour?

For your convenience, we have listed out the items and information you will need in order to tour/rent snowmobiles from White Lake Snow Tours and Rentals. All tours offered are weather and trail conditions permitting. Space is limited and reservations are required. White Lake Snow Tours and Rentals reserves the right to deny guided tour to any individual who may present a danger to themselves or others while operating a snowmobile.

Reservations, Payment, and Security Deposit

A valid driver’s license
A valid credit card
$1000.00 security deposit (for deductible) to be held on credit card and refunded upon (rentals)

$30.00 gas deposit, refunded when snowmobile is returned full (rentals)
Half price of snowmobile rental due at time of reservation, balance due on the day of rental/tour

Payment Methods: Cash, Master Card, Visa and American Express
Prices do not include sales tax, which is 8.75% in Oneida County

Renter Qualifications
Must have a valid driver’s license
Must be 18 years of age to drive snowmobile
Must sign rental agreement.

How to Dress

Please dress accordingly and in layers, long underwear, sweat pants, sweatshirt/fleece, waterproof snow pants/jacket, ski type gloves, balaclava and warm boots (we have a limited number of full winter clothing for rent please ask at time of reservation)

Arrival Times

Please arrive 30 min prior to your scheduled tour.


All deposits for tours are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Cancellations made by White Lake Snow Tours due to trail conditions will be held as a deposit for a future reservation for one year.

Snowmobiles and will be inspected with you prior to pick up and upon drop off of rental/tour
the renter is 100% responsible for all damages caused to the snowmobile during the snowmobile rental/tour period.
